Tetu Brissy Restaurant

The gastronomic selection of the Tetu Brissy restaurant is symbolically interconnected with the theme of aeronautics. Its name is based on the French pioneer of aeronautics Pierre Tetu Brissy. Our selection is based on the same values as the cuisine of the 19th century – honest home-made cuisine, and on quality and fresh raw products. Today, we add modern design and the safe and careful preparation of meals made possible by the modern processing technology. Wine cellar and Archives

A wine cellar is hidden in the basement of the Park Holiday, and it can be rented out to wine lovers for organized wine tasting for both company and private clientele.

The wine cellar includes wine archives which serve to preserve wine for all gastronomic operations of the Park, but also for preserving the private wine of club members in rented boxes.

The Log Cabin

…located in the garden of the premises right next to the tennis, volleyball and petanque courts – an ideal place not only for corporate events, but also for private celebrations or wedding or garden parties.
